I have been the victim of 2 previous drive-by home inspections. You know the ones - "seems to", "should", "might", "maybe", "appears to" and the bonus "no guarantees" and the ever popular "not liable". I was expecting more of the same from Pillar to Post. Imagine my surprise when I met David Kilby at the house I wanted to buy. He appreciated right away that I was an apprenticing tool-babe. He was prepared to take as long as it took to explain issues with me - not one condescending word or heavy sigh. What I really liked about the material provided were suggestions for improvements, accompanied by pictures of the areas I might want to tackle. I like the idiot-proof home maintenance guide and the list of approved contractors in my area. Last but certainly not least, I enjoyed spending time with David. He's knowledgeable, personable and has a great sense of humour. He also invited me to contact him any time should I have further questions. In conclusion, extremely good value for the money spent - a definite "10".
